If you constantly feel that you haven’t got enough or aren’t earning enough, to change that habit, you have to look at the thoughts, beliefs, and emotions behind that habit. I talk about what it takes to change a long-standing habit – and it’s not about money.

- Ask yourself how you can build new neural pathways and a new habit.
- When you try to bury your emotions, it’s hard to find solutions.
- You aren’t doing anything wrong and there’s nothing wrong with you. You just have habits that can change.
